The Tuna Cutting Ceremony Returns to Cadaqués
A unique experience around bluefin tuna

This June, Kampai is preparing a very special experience around the tuna cutting ceremony: a gastronomic gathering where guests will be able to see the butchering of an almadraba bluefin tuna up close and then enjoy a menu created exclusively for the occasion at the exclusive Martín Faixó cellar, located at Mas Perafita, a unique setting among vineyards and Mediterranean landscape in Cadaqués.

The experience includes a live bluefin tuna cutting ceremony, a tasting menu created for the occasion, wine pairing, welcome and closing cocktails by Albert Broch, and a gastronomic proposal focused on the different parts of the tuna, from akami to chutoro and otoro.
